J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The Writ Petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the writ Court with liberty to him to move this Court in the earlier Writ Petition filed by him in W.P.No.34731 of 2019, which was unfortunately clubbed with the matters relating to persons in the Government service.

2. In view of the liberty granted by the writ Court, we do not see any reason to entertain the Writ Appeal and it is accordingly dismissed. It will be open to the petitioner to move the writ Court in W.P.No.34731 of 2018 for appropriate relief and seek his pension in the said Writ Petition, though it is wrongly stated as W.P.No.23366 of 2019 in the order of the writ Court dated 29.08.2022. No costs.
