This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the appeal made in the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2023, by treating the petitioner at least in par with his junior/s, equal/s, taking stock of the date of appointment, regularization and consequent promotions and grant equal pay or higher pay. 2/4

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 14.08.2023 on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
