Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for records relating to the second respondent's impugned order in Na.Ka. No. 4752/ Aa3 / 2022 dated 31.01.2023 and to quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the second respondent's impugned order in Na.Ka. No. 4752/ Aa3 / 2022 dated 31.01.2023 and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

3. It is seen that the impugned order passed under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act. There are provisions to challenge the order passed under Section 77-A of the Registration Act before the appellate authority. Since an alternative remedy is available before the appellate authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

4. In view of the above, Writ Petition is dismissed and the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
