ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking to include his services in the Civil Supplies Department and the Revenue Department for the purpose of grant of pension and other retirement benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel of either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner had joined as a Junior Assistant in the Highways and Rural Works Department in the month of March 1985. Thereafter, she was ousted from service for want of vacancy in the month of May 1985. Thereafter, she was appointed as a Junior Assistant in the Revenue Department in the month of September 1985. Thereafter, she had joined in the Civil Supplies Department by one-way transfer on 11.03.1991. She had resigned from her service on 15.10.2007 as she got an employment as a Graduate Teacher. She had joined on 22.10.2007 in the said post. After completing her service, she had retired from service on 31.05.2017. Therefore, she had submitted an application to consider the service rendered by her in the Civil Supplies Department and
the Revenue Department.
4. Even according to the petitioner, she had resigned from service and joined in the post of Graduate Teacher, on 22.10.2007. Therefore, she had joined in the new service and as such, the case of the petitioner to consider her earlier service that too in the different departments cannot be considered for her pension.
5. In view of the above, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
