As the petitioners representation dated 15.11.2024 for issue of a patta in respect of the property situate in T.S.No.281 and old Door No.20, New Door No.2, Arokkiyasamy street, Varadarajapet, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 94 has not been considered, the petitioners are before this Court.
2. Heard the counsels on either side.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioners, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 15.11.2024, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P is closed.
