Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition, the representation dated 19.10.2023 has been disposed of and hence, learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement on the petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
