Cont.P.No.3963 of 2024 T.VINOD KUMAR.J The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondents are not violating the interim order of this Court and to the above effect, he has filed compliance affidavit into the Registry vide S.R.No.3030/2026 dated 29.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that though the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services sought sanction for the post of 14 drivers, the Government did not sanction the same while issuing the G.O and he will be filing the documents into the Registry today, after serving a copy of the same on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Registry is directed to place the aforesaid compliance affidavit and additional documents filed into the Registry by the respondent in the bundle.
