2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 06.10.2025, the 1 st respondent have passed orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2024. A copy of the proceedings of the 1 st respondent dated 23.10.2025, has been produced to that effect, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner is entitled for a refund of stamp duty for a sum of Rs.25,920/- and the respondents are in process of refund of the said amount to the petitioner. Therefore he would submit that the order passed by this Court on 06.10.2025 has been complied with.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, no further order is required in this writ petition.
