The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this civil revision petition is arising out of RLTOP proceedings and the petitioner is a tenant. He further submitted that the petitioner already handed over the demised premises to the respondent. Therefore, the prayer as sought for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survives further adjudication.

2. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
