ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court. In view of the above submission and on recording the settlement 1\4

arrived at between the parties by way of the said Memo dated 25.10.2025, this Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. The said Memo shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
