This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to comply with the order dated 19.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.16955 of 2024 and to conduct a fair and thorough investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.276 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent within a time period.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.276 of 2022, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1471 of 2024 and the next hearing date is fixed on 07.03.2025.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
