2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned special public prosecutor for CBI cases appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the final report has been filed through e-Filing on 24.03.2025, vide e-Filing No.

3. In view thereof, the prayer in the Criminal Original Petition does not survive. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise such grounds as may be possible as against the final report.
