ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner to construct house in her property and to take necessary legal action against the respondents 5 and 6 on the basis of her complaint dated 03.09.2025 and representations dated 03.09.2025 and 25.09.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of Survey No.131/1. Whereas, the respondents 5 and 6 claims to be owners of 131/60 and 131/69 and

they had already filed a suit in O.S.No.248 of 2024 for permanent injunction. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents 5 and 6 are interfering with the construction being done in her land. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. As there is dispute between the parties with regard to their immovable properties, there cannot be any blanket direction to the police. Since, the respondents 5 and 6 have already filed a suit for permanent injunction, the petitioner may also file a counter claim in the said suit.
