Mr.N.Santhosh Nagarajan, learned counsel for the respondent appears through video conferencing and submits that the respondent has no objection for raising the order of attachment.

2. This application has been filed for raising the order of attachment dated 13.09.2019. The parties have settled the dispute between themselves. The applicant has filed a copy of the Settlement Letter dated 06.04.2023 of the respondent, wherein, it has been stated that they have no claim against the applicant. Relevant portion of the aforesaid letter dated 06.04.2023 reads as under: Dear Sir/Madam, We hereby acknowledge receipt of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) paid cash vide receipt No.mentioned below towards full and final settlement of your dues under the said Agreement. Kindly acknowledge receipt of a copy of this letter confirming the above terms.

3. In view of the above order of attachment dated 13.09.2019 stands raised. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Jurisdictional Sub Registrar Office, Kinathukadavu, Pollachi Taluk. 02.01.2024 jas C.SARAVANAN,J.
