The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order of the appellate authority dated 23.10.2024.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of adjudication dated 30.12.2023. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which reads as under: "May be pleased to withdraw the present writ petition and liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging both the orders passed on 23.10.2024 and 30.12.2023"

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order of adjudication dated 30.12.2023 and order dated 23.10.2024.
