ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 07.08.2023 in WP.No.19411 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied with. He also produced a Government Order in GO.(2D).No.12, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2(ii)) Department dated 23.01.2025. The respondents shall ensure that benefits be sanctioned to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
