ORDER
All these applications are filed in the year 2024. Till date, the applicant is not having the benefit of any interim order from this Court. In fact, by consent, the dispute was referred to mediation. The mediation has also failed now.
2. Admittedly, the applicant has already filed an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking for appointment of an Arbitrator by this court.

3. Since the applicant is not having the benefit of any interim order in these applications despite the fact that the said applications were filed in the year 2024, no useful purpose will be served if these applications are kept pending when the applicant has already filed an application under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation act seeking for appointment of an Arbitrator of this Court. All the issues are left open for the parties to agitate before the Arbitrator. The applicant is also at liberty to file a similar application under section 17 of the Arbitration and Concilliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitrator once the Arbitrator is appointed.
4. For the foregoing reasons, these applications are closed.
