Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to notification No.1/2023 dated 10.11.2023 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same insofar as concerned with petitioners and direct the respondents 2 to 4 to promote the petitioners to the vacant posts of Assistant in the fourth respondent's society by following the Circular Na.Ka.No.119653/97 Tho.Ve.Val dated 06.12.1997 and Circular Na.Ka.No.52437/12 Tho.Ve.Sa.1 dated 03.08.2012 issued by the second respondent.

The writ petition has been filed challenging the notification dated 10.11.2023 issued by the third respondent, thereby calling for the application for the post of Assistant in the fourth respondent/society. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
