This application has been filed to approve the higher offer for sale of the two-wheeler, Yamaha Facino 2017 model, bearing Registration No.TN04-AT-6342, for a sum of Rs.28,500/-, in favour of Mr.J.Praveen Singh. 2.I have heard Mrs.Meena, Official Assignee and I have also gone through the report filed by the Official Assignee in this regard. I am satisfied that the higher offer given by Mr.J.Praveen Singh is just and reasonable and all efforts have been made by the Official Assignee to fetch the highest price.
