This application is filed by the Returning Officer to release the M3 Electronic Voting Machines along with VVPAT used for the elections from No.38, Tirunelveli Parliamentary Constituency in the general election for Lok Sabha held on 19.04.2024.

2. Since the Electronic Voting Machines along with VVPAT used for the elections from No.38, Tirunelveli Parliamentary Constituency is not relevant to decide the issue raised in the Election Petition, this application is allowed.
