This application has been filed to amend the suit schedule property to include the measurement, ad measuring and survey numbers of the property in the above suit as set out in the schedule hereunder by this court.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in this affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.

5. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint.

6. Post the main suit on 08.01.2025.
