O R D E R
This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred as against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No-I, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.4774 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024 thereby dismissing the complaint filed by the petitioner seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. A perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner reveals that there is absolutely no material to constitute any offence. All the offences are similar in nature and the sale deed was already executed in favour of the counter party on receipt of the consideration. Therefore, if at all any grievance for execution of sale deed, the petitioner has to approach the concerned Civil Court.
4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No-I, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.4774 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024.
