This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27243 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 27 days and the investigation in this case is pending.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27243 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30am for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30am., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
