This application has been filed to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the additional documents as set out in the list of documents in the Judges summons in the above captioned suit.

2. Mr.D.Gubendra Guna Balan, learned counsel for defendants D1 to 3, 13 & 14 would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application but subject to proof and relevancy.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants D1 to 3, 13 & 14 has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.

The additional documents as set out in the list of documents in the Judges summons shall be marked subject to proof and relevancy.
