This Application is filed to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of the Professional Fee for a sum of Rs.1,06,200/- claimed by M/s.Manimohan and Co. Chartered Accountants.

2. The payment is to be made to the M/s.Manimohan and Co. Chartered Accountants towards professional fees, who was appointed by this Court pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 19.11.2021.
