ORDER

Though the Court notice is awaited, the private notice sent by the petitioner has been served and to substantiate the same, tracking sheet and postal receipt have also been filed, I deem it proper service on the respondent. The delay is only 72 days and on going through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I find that the petitioner has made out a sufficient cause explaining the delay. There is no wilful inaction on the part of the petitioner also. 2.In view of the above and satisfying with the reasons assigned, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same under the caption 'for admission' on 19.11.2025.
