This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 04.02.2022 1/4

made in WP.No.2038 of 2022, thereby the respondent was directed to survey the petitioner's property as per sale deed dated 06.01.2014 and to pass orders within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced order dated 14.03.2025 of the Revenue Tahsildar of Chinna Salem, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.2038 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 has been complied with by the aforesaid order dated 14.03.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 14.03.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
