This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25493 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation is pending and final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified.
