ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30 am till filing of final report in Crl.MP.No.19594 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.19144 of 2022, dated 18.12.2023.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court from the month of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

December, 2023 to November, 2024 and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.MP.No.19594 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.19144 of 2022, dated 18.12.2023 in para No.3 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
