ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a), imposed on the petitioners/ A3 and A4 in Crl.O.P. No.23740 of 2024 on 03.10.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, this relaxation petition with regard to the 1st petitioner/ Sivangnanadhasan @ Sivagnanasambantham (A3) may be withdrawn and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/ Umamaheshwari (A4) is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is completed, final report yet to be filed.
4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner/ Umamaheshwari in Crl.O.P.No.23740 of 2024 on 03.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner/ Umamaheshwari shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday at 10:30 a.m. of every month, until further orders.
5. Considering the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this criminal miscellaneous petition, with regard to the 1st petitioner/ Sivangnanadhasan @ Sivagnanasambantham (A3) is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 12-12-2024 stn
