O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rdrespondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025 and permit the petitioner to perform the Puja and spiritual speech in the event of Nathanar @ Thirunalipovar held on 11.10.2025 at 5.P.M to 8.P.M in ArulmikuKailsanatharTirukovil at Rasipuram, within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Mr.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made a representation dated 01.09.2025 to the respondents seeking to permit him to perform pooja and spiritual speech I the event of Nandanar literal Meaning "ThirunalaiPovar" to be held on 11.10.2025 at 5.P.M to 8.P.M. However, the said representation has not been considered so far. Hence, this Writ Petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025 and pass orders on the same within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2/4

5. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 09.10.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties.

7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
