O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned online rejection order dated 20.01.2023 passed by the 3rd respondent and for a consequential direction to the respondents to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.It is not necessary for this Court to go into the merits of this case, since the impugned online transfer order is a non speaking order and it merely states that the application is rejected even without assigning reasons. Hence, the online rejection order dated 20.01.2023 passed by the 3rd respondent is quashed and the matter is remitted back to the file of the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent shall conduct an enquiry by 3/6

collecting necessary materials from the petitioners after affording them opportunity and pass final order within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs.
