This petition has been filed to relax the condition "5(c)" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26985 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter weekly once, till the filing of charge sheet.
