ORDER

The petitioner / Accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.06.2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 1/4

8(c) read with 21(b), 22(c) of NDPS Act in Cr. No.298 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 01.06.2024, based on the secret information, the respondent police went to the Panthalur bus stand and found the accused with illegal possession of 25.8 grams of MDMA. Hence the case.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already the petitioner was released on bail as per the order passed by the trial Court in Crl. M.P. No.3722 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024.

4. This Court also perused the copy of the order passed by the trial Court.

5. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
