The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would seek leave of this Court to withdraw this petition, however, with liberty to file a fresh petition after rectifying the errors in the affidavit of the above petition. He has also made the following endorsement in the case bundle : " The writ petitioner respectfully prays this Hon'ble Court that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action after rectifying the technical and procedural errors."
