[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] This petition seeks relaxation of the condition imposed in Para No.6(ii) by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18713 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.487 of 2021, wherein this Court had modified the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2527 of 2023, and directed the petitioner to report and sign before the learned Principal Sessions Court, Kanchipuram District, Chengalpet, once a week (i.e) every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The petitioner seeks relaxation on the ground that he is the only breadwinner of his family and has to look after his family and the condition imposed by this Court is causing hardship to him as he is unable to pursue any job.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the petition and the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18713 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.487 of 2021, dated 28.11.2023, we are inclined to modify the condition in Paragraph 6(ii) in Crl.M.P.No.2527 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.487 of 2021 as follows: "6(ii). The petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Principal Sessions Court, Kanchipuram District at Chengalpet, once in a month (i.e) first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." The other conditions in Paragraph No.6 of Crl.M.P.No.2527 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.487 of 2021, dated 29.09.2023 shall remain unaltered.
