This criminal original petition has been filed challenging the order 1/4

passed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.34442 of 2022 dated 31.03.2023 refusing to modify the condition imposed while allowing the application filed by the petitioner for return of vehicle. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the two wheeler belonging to the petitioner has been kept in the Police Station from October, 2022 onwards, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the extent that the petitioner will execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum.
