Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.7666 of 2024 dated 22.03.2024. ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his 1/4

willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.7666 of 2024 dated 22.03.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2023 within a time frame.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 08.10.2024 of the Chief Executive Officer of PAWWS, Puducherry, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.7666 of 2024 dated 22.03.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 08.10.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 08.10.2024, this contempt petition is closed.
