ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "6(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.OP.No.24901 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of five weeks and investigation is pending in this matter. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24901 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 in para No.6(c) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
