This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Spl. CC No. 69 of 2024 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge and Presiding Officer, Special Court under EC Act, Salem.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent found the accused persons with illegal possession of 50 kilograms of Ganja. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and also investigation has been completed in this case. Further, he stated that co-accused has been released on bail. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submits that the contraband recovered from the petitioner is commercial quantity. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also there is no change is circumstances after dismissing the previous bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
