These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to permit the substitution of the name of the deceased P.Radhakrishnan, who died on 02.02.2017 with the names of the legal heirs in the Cause title.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
