This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11390 of 2024 dated 18.06.2024 that the petitioner except on the Court hearing dates, shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until completion of trial.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and final report filed, C.C.No. assigned and pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Pochampally.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Pochampally, on the hearing dates' and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Pochampally.
