Crl.M.P.No.176 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17343 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to complete the investigation and to file the final report. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the hand writing expert opinion is awaited. That apart, the Investigation Officer is also in process of collecting the Certificate under Section 65(b) of the Evidence Act. 3.Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the petition, the time is extended and investigation shall be completed and a final report or closure report shall be filed, as the case may be, within a period of two months before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
