mps 2.The petitioner herein is the third party to the proceedings, filed an application to implead him as the 2nd respondent for the reason that he is the purchaser of a portion of the properties which are under dispute. 3.The learned counsel for the complainant raised formal objections to allow this petition.

4.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in this petition, this petition is allowed.
