This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner that the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27341 of 2023 vide order dated 07.12.2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police weekly once i.e on every saturday, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
