The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 15.11.2023 in W.P.No.6921 of 2011, which has been passed in the absence of the learned counsel for the respondents, who are the petitioners herein. An averment had been made to the effect that the cause list also had the name of another counsel as being the counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, and, their name had been wrongly printed and therefore, they were not able to appear on that date. To substantiate the same, they had also produced the said cause list.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit and also of the view that the reasons avered therein are bonafide, the order dated 15.11.2023, made in W.P.No.6921 of 2011 is hereby recalled.

3. Registry is directed to recall the same and list the case as per the roster.
