This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the petition to set aside the order dated 15.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.6921 of 2011.

2. Mr.Anand Gopalan, learned counsel for M/s.T.S.Gopalan appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that he has no serious objection in allowing this Miscellaneous Petition.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, being satisfied with the same and taking into the fact that the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
