This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P.No.25891 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 19.01.2024.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
