Respondent(s) PRAYER To direct the Respondents to take necessary steps for the constitution of a duly recognized and democratic committee for the proper administration and management of the temple Maha Shakthi Mariyamman situated at Pudupalayam, Udumalaipettai Taluk and its festivals, including collection and utilization of funds in a transparent manner by considering the petitioner's Representation dated 19.09.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the the respondents to take necessary steps for constitution of a duly recognized and democratic committee for proper administration and management of Maha Shakthi Mariyamman Temple.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is no proper committee to conduct festival for several years, which resulted in law and order problem every year. Therefore, he seeks the above direction.

3. At the outset this Court is of the view that such blanket direction cannot be issued. If the petitioner claims himself to be a devotee and more interested in the Temple, it is for him to file necessary suit for framing scheme before the Trial Court. Let the Trial Court decide how the Temple administration and festival be conducted by framing necessary scheme. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
