No.2327/ 2024/ Thi.A dt.12.09.2025 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service in the post of Middle School Headmaster, Government Tribal Residential Middle school, Aladipatti, Salem District, with all consequential and other attendant service benefits including arrears of salary.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the original order as well as the appeal order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
